01.30.11 - Supplier Experience: POOFtacular!

Photobooths never fail to bring out the fun in everyone. And that's the reason why we got a photobooth for our wedding instead of souvenirs which are usually thrown away after. At least with the photobooth, it's harder to throw them away because your face is in it. Plus, it serves as a perfect souvenir that could remind one of good memories years after. To kick off a series of overdue wedding supplier ratings, let's talk about our choice of photobooth, POOF!

Overall Rating: 4.5 - Exactly what we expected, great pictures, and tons of FUN for everyone!

What we didn't like? About four weeks before the wedding, POOF contacted me to get the ball rolling on the layouts. I sent them our thoughts a week after, but didn't get any response until about 2 followups. Partly I guess, this was our fault as well since we sent the pictures for the layouts a few days before the wedding.

What we love? The main reason why we got POOF was because they were the only ones who offered photobooths that can have more than one layout. And as far as layout goes, they didn't disappoint. We liked the layouts given that we only had a few days to finalize them. Though the original DVD they gave us didn't work, they were kind enough to send another DVD a few days after the wedding.

01.30.11 - Feel the Love! (Wedding SDE)

Since everyone's in the mood for lovin', it might be the best time to reminisce a perfect day! Fifteen days after, I'm still having a wedding hangover and I'm not complaining, especially if we have videos like this to watch over and over again. After weeks of thinking which song to use, the perfect song played on the radio at the right moment and the rest as they say is history! It was more than I could ask for from the very talented team of John de Guzman and Cinemaworks.

And this is just the tip of the iceberg, can't wait to see the actual wedding photos and the complete set of wedding videos.

Enjoy the video guys!

*sings* Promise me, you'll always be, happy by my side. I promise to, sing to you, when all the music dies. *sings*

Just never ceases to bring tears in my eyes! Oh and a friend of mine noticed that I've been sentimental since I got married. Maybe I'm senti all this time, the wedding just unleashed it! (Just like my 'sexful'-ness)

Happy Valentine's Day everyone!

The E-Session Experience

Joyce didn't really like the idea of having a pre-nup or engagement shoot. So I tried my best to make sure she won't be too stressed. As it turned out, it was me who got a little stressed over the stuff I needed to buy to make the shoot fab! As always, I crammed my shopping and bought new shoes and new pants a day before the shoot.

Having tons of help from famed and talented stylist Debra Bernales, her make-up artist Sugar and kickass contemporary wedding photographer Oly Ruiz of Metrophoto made the shoot a fun and truly enjoyable experience.

Deb provided great concepts, cool clothes and fashionable accessories while Oly made us comfortable posing and took awesome photos from all angles. We had the all-access shoot in one of the best restobar in the metro located at the Fort, The Establishment.

Hope you'll love the photos as much as we did!
